Yes, we have full public liability insurance - please ask us to see the certificate.

Yes, our handlers have full, clear, enhanced DBS certificates on the update service and Safeguarding certificates.

Our ponies are used to navigating within houses and other buildings, moving past furniture and going up and down a few steps with ease. They wear non-slip boots and a tail bag to prevent any toileting accidents. If it is good weather we can also visit you outside. We will discuss entry and exit points and horse box parking when booking.

Yes - we ask for a £50, non-refundable deposit for all event bookings when you make the booking. We send you an invoice, the balance of which has to be paid on the day. This is not currently required for care home/hospital visits.

The more time that you can give us to prepare, the better. Especially for requests such as weddings, birthdays, Valentine's Day, Christmas or other surprises. You are also more likely to get the date and time that you want.

Our animals only work a few select days during the month as we don't want them to get tired of their job!

We politely request a minimum of 48hrs notice of a booking cancellation. This is in order to allow us to rebook the slot and ensure the ponies do not travel unnecessarily.

Of course! We would also love for you to send us any of your favourite photos of your visit to be included in our Gallery or on our Facebook page.
